Only as much as the treated area requires — you'll get a comfortable cosmetic gown, and you stay discreetly covered throughout the process. Your specialist maintains discretion at every step.
Shave the area 24 hours before treatment, and skip waxing or hair-removal cream for 4 weeks prior. Afterwards, avoid strong sun or tanning beds for 2 weeks, and give your skin a rest from intense exercise that day.
Don't book a session within 2 weeks of strong sun exposure or a tanning bed, and avoid direct sun on the treated area afterwards too — this prevents skin irritation.
