Yes, in terms of technology. HIEMT (High-Intensity Electromagnetic Technology) is the general name for the technology; Emsculpt and Emsculpt Neo are specific brand names that use it. Our equipment uses the same electromagnetic muscle-contraction technology.
Diode lasers (what we use, 810nm) are safe and effective on darker skin tones as well as light skin. Alexandrite lasers work well but are only recommended for light skin. IPL is not a true laser — it's broad-spectrum light, generally less precise and less effective long-term than diode.
Both are non-invasive fat-reduction methods. Cavitation uses ultrasound to break down fat cells; laser lipolysis uses low-level laser light. They work differently and can be combined in a treatment plan — we'll advise which fits your goals at your consultation.
Lymphatic drainage is a mechanical, pressure-wave massage over the whole body that helps clear fluid buildup and supports detox — commonly used after cavitation or HIEMT. Vacuum therapy uses a handheld suction head for targeted, deeper mobilisation of a smaller area, such as stubborn cellulite zones.
